Yoga can lead us to a path of listening- inner listening what is good and helpful for us, individually. There is no path that fits for all. That has never been so true as for nutrition. Today everyone seems to have the BEST and ONLY recipe what and how to eat. We don’t. We have something better: A yogi’s way of life of inner listening what is nurturing for our bodies and brains, for our emotions and skin. We believe: Food should be fresh and local, it should be fun and fulfilling to work with the ingredients.
In this 3,5hrs workshop we will show you what it means to look at food honestly. What you see is what you get. Instead of grasping in the supermarket for already prepared food we will make our own. We start with the art of making almond milk and what to do with the pulp. We will continue to make simple but nourishing raw balls with the ingredients you like. Then we will go into our bodies with yoga asanas and simple but intense movements on our mats. Our body helps to clean us naturally, every day. We can help it to do that without being extreme about cleansing.
Then we finally will eat and drink what we prepared. We will come together and sit together – which is nurturing, too. You will have enough time to question us about healthy living food and enjoy your homemade food.
Cost is 50 euros. Minimum of 8 students required :)
