Trusting the inherent intelligence of the body. Basic-Advanced yo-gis welcome.

The goal of this workshop is to experience asanas as actions in space and not as fixed ideals to be achieved. The focus will be to experience the freedom of efficiency and lightness in movement. You will be guided towards exploring, understanding and trusting the anatomic intelligence of your specific body. We will focus on integrating awareness of the bone structure, the nervous system and the physical effects of breath in relation to our yoga practice.

Think gliding, flowing, rolling, sliding between, in and out of the asanas in a wonderfully dynamic practice.
