6 Week Beginners Course

Join the Lovely Ricarda for a 6 week beginners yoga course starting in September! 
This is ideal if you are completely new to yoga or just beginning to practice. The course will be covering elements of Philosophy, yoga styles, - Pranayama (Breathing),- Bandhas (Internal Locks) ,Asanas (Postures) with special focus on correct alignment and Meditation. Each week you will be building on what you have learnt the week before and you will receive handouts each week. 
The cost of the course will be 80 euros and you will have the chance at the end of the course to purchase a greatly discounted class card for the studio if you are interested!
