Christmas and New Year time is a very entertaining and fun time but it is also a time where we easily fall out of our healthy habits and we end up with the sensation of being "out of balance". Too little sleep, too much food, too much stress leave us tired, bloated and with a energy level really low and maybe even a few kilos more.
During the workshop, we will learn a few preventing but also detoxing tricks through Pranayama, Asanas and Ayurvedic routine to keep you on track and restore your energy and enjoy your Holidays to the maximum.

Marjorie has a extended knowledge in body work. She discovered Ayurveda over 12 years ago and worked close to 7 years as an Ayurveda therapist. During those years, she observed and learned how the doshas have a big influence on character and body type and how easy it is, with a few little tricks, to stay aware and balanced in every season.
