This course is designed for students new to yoga and those returning to yoga. It introduces basic yoga postures, strengthens awareness of breath and explores movement principles that allow you to deepen your practice in a safe and consistent way. The Intro Course provides a solid foundation for further yoga practice in our ‘Level 1-2’ and ‘Open Level’ classes.
