The Seasonal Yoga Teacher training course consists of 12 intensive monthly modules with a focus on the Vinyassa practices of Seasonal Flow and Ashtanga Yoga. The course includes training and practice in Yogic philosophy, Asanas (postures), Kriyas (purification techniques), Pranayamas (breathing techniques), Mantra, Anatomy and Physiology, Meditation (including seasonal mediations and the vedantic meditation in the tradition of Ramana Maharishi), the energy systems of the body, Chi Gung and other traditional energy practices.

In the past 10 years thousands of yoga practitioners underwent a basic Yoga Teacher Training in which they could deepen their knowledge and experience. Obviously it is not possible to learn every aspect of this art, science and philosophy in a 200 or 500-hour training. Yoga is an ongoing, lifelong education. It takes a lot of self-practice and teaching experience to build confidence and certainty in order to become a Teacher.
