In this workshop, you will explore the characteristics of the fire element. How it influences your mental, physical and emotional energy, how, when and where it "shows up", how to balance it and take advantage of its amazing power.
This workshop will be divided in 2 parts, first part, Marjorie will talk you through Ayurvedic based everyday tips, how to balance food and habits in Fire season.
Second part, more Asanas based, 2 mini Vinyasa practices, on how to activate the fire and how to to cool it down.
The workshop is open to all and will be in English.
