One of the main reasons to practice yoga is that you want an output off the mat - you want to be calmer, be more comfortable being yourself, feeling more in awe and in alignment with nature and your surroundings. Steffi thinks that you cannot practice yoga and don’t reflect on your possible footprint that will remain on earth.
Let’s dive deep: What yoga does is changing our patterns. How we think, act and what we do and feel about our bodies. Yoga empowers us to not take life too seriously - and on the other hand to realize: life is too short to just dream it away. In this workshop we use the power of our brains to drive through a life map and see where we are standing now. We take time to sooth our bodies and souls to feel afterwards clear headed where we want or need to go next.
This workshop includes a journaling part, where Steffi explains the scientifically studied benefits of this method. We use this part to become more clear about subconscious patterns that hold us back from living life fully. Please bring a note book and a pen with you.

Steffi Grube is a yoga teacher and author living in Cologne. She loves to laugh and read, to listen to good music, to sing, forget about time and she is an absolute nerd when it comes to the art of coffee making. She brings all of that into her classes - except for the coffee, sorry!
