Steffi Grube is a yoga teacher and author living in Cologne. She has been teaching yoga since 2009, focusing on mentoring yoga teachers who want to evolve. She also works as a consultant and offers full moon workshops and yoga & journaling classes. Her teaching style is grounded, creating a safe space for you in which you can allow your practice to happen.
