We combine asana back bends to open our front body with traditional Chinese Medicine and how to prepare our bodies internally for the warmer times. We break advanced backbends down and go step by step deeper into opening up.
Back bends can be a doorway to open yourself to hidden feelings: This can lead to overcome anxiety - sometimes even to euphoria.
You don’t have to be a yoga teacher to join but some years of practice are needed to let the teachings fall into its place.
