Join Katy for a week long Ashtanga and breathing retreat in beautiful Andalucía, Spain. 

Each morning will begin with a 30-minute guided breath practice and followed by Mysore style practice. In the afternoons there will be 2 hours session put aside for asana-based workshops, Breathing practices, asana clinics and a session to restore a sore body :) 

Ashtanga and Vinyasa are two of the most practiced styles of yoga practice but did you know that Vinyasa is deeply rooted in Ashtanga?
