At The Vinyasa People, we have a high quality streaming camera mounted in a half bird's eye view that livestreams our classes in the studio. So you can practice from the comfort of your own home with your favorite teachers. You can expect the classic TVP studio image, the teacher can be heard clearly but will not be able to see or hear you. For this reason we offer reduced price options for our online livestream classes.

For the transmission of our livestreams we use the software Zoom. Download this App on your device (laptop, tablet or smartphone).

After each class registration on Eversports you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The livestream link will appear in your personal Eversports account automatically 15 minutes before the start. Just click it and you will be connected directly to the Zoom-Meeting. When entering please write your right name so our teachers know who is participating.

Online Mysore Program

We also run a complete online Mysore program via a hybrid class -set-up - where Katy will guide and support you via Zoom while simultaneously guiding in the in-studio Mysore room.

The hybrid Mysore classes will run 5x per week (Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri).

Times: 7am-9am (CET)

The online Mysore program runs separately from the rest of our livestream classes and you cannot book it using a livestream class pack. Instead you can join the program by purchasing an Online Mysore Program Membership which will give you access to the hybrid Mysore classes, online Ashtanga REMIX class and online Led. You can also access the online program from the following memberships:

If you are new to the Mysore method please get in touch before joining online as we will limit the amount of beginners each week to ensure that adequate attention is given to both online and in-studio students.

Cancellation Policy

Livestream: Cancellation is free at least 3 hours before the start of the online class - at a later time the unit is calculated.
