On this weekend, we’ll focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance for contortion to help you improve and solidify your flexibility skills. Whether you're just starting your contortion journey or already more advanced, Rosa will tailor the training to your individual level and support your personal progress.
The Weekend is divided into 3 parts:
Friday:
▶ 2 Hours of introduction Training
We will work on the basics of stretching focusing on preventiv and strengthening exercises, developing basic poses of it.
Participation Requirements: No requirements
Saturday:
▶ 2 Hours of Splits Training
We’ll begin with a cardio warm-up followed by focused splits training. The emphasis will be on techniques developing strength and technique for clean execution. The goal is to apply these learned at the end of the session in standing splits and contortion poses.
Participation Requirements: Basic knowledge of stretching or yoga
Sunday:
▶ 2 Hours of Contortion Training
On Sunday, you’ll learn individually adapted exercises to ensure safe warm-ups and proper technique for deeper bends. We’ll train bridges, forearm bridges, and forearm balances. More advanced participants will also have the opportunity to explore techniques and shapes in cheststands and handstands. This workshop offers you the chance to refine your technique and discover new movement possibilities within your body.
Participation Requirements: Clean bridge with shoulders stacked over wrists, Forearm bridge, Front splits: no more than one yoga block away from the floor
Friday: 18 - 20 Uhr, introduction stretching/contortion
Saturday: 14 - 16 Uhr, stretching intensive splits
Sunday: 14 - 16 Uhr, Contortion all level
