This day will be an initiation for the whole group on the journey back to our full power and turn on as women. We’ll make friends with our emotions - even the heavy ones - with our bodies and with our desires. We’ll shine a light on shame and discomfort and move through it together, and we’ll have a lot of fun along the way.

Sarah is an embodiment and pleasure coach, breathworker and student/practitioner of neo and classical tantra who has learned from some of the world’s greatest thought leaders in women’s liberation and sexual empowerment. She prides herself on holding beautifully safe and brave spaces where women are able to heal and transform.
