Join our journey combining asana practice, breathing practice and meditation
In these sessions you have the opportunity to use your body and your breath as a vehicle for transformation. Each Journey begins with an accessible but demanding asana practice designed to hone your awareness, increase focus and shift energy to prepare for the breathing practice. – Approx. 60 mins
We will then transition straight into the breathing practice which will be lying down. Here you will be guided through a series of dynamic and intense breathing patterns to shake up the nervous system in order to facilitate tangible change. – Approx. 45-60 mins
A long meditation follows. This will be conducted lying down and is an integral part of the practice, think of savasana but on a new level! – Approx. 20-30 mins
We end each journey with an opportunity to share, compareand digest the experience. Participation in this part of the journey is not compulsory and participants can choose to listen only.- Approx. 30 mins
