In this masterclass with Danielle, we journey through the 7 major chakras in a 2-hour multifaceted yoga session.  “Chakra”, meaning  wheel or disk, is an energetic center that receives, assimilates, and expresses our life force energy  (Prana/Qi/Ki).  We will apply the practices of meditation, breathwork, asana (vinyasa flow), and mantras connected to the qualities of our chakras.  Our intention of the practice is to enhance the relationship of our bodies and minds by inviting the wisdom of our life force energy to flow freely through us.

Danielle is an energy worker, Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and massage therapist, working in the field of energy work and teachings for over a decade.   She is looking forward to share this practice with you, welcoming all who feel called to join.
