This course will help you to understand the basic framework for creating systematic and safe vinyasa flow sequences that truly reflects who you are as a teacher.

Mie will also share her methodical approach, based on years of her teaching experience, on how to craft your sequences and support you to connect back to your authenticity. 

The course is ideal for yoga teacher trainees, yoga teachers, as well as regular practitioners who are generally interested in vinyasa flow yoga sequencing. This course is registered with Yoga Alliance and you will receive 3 Continuing Education Units.
