We welcome you to join this workshop to dive deep into the knowledge and wisdom of Prana (life force energy) through the “Wheels of Light”, the Chakras.  “Chakra”, meaning  wheel or disk, is an energetic center that receives, assimilates, and expresses our life force energy  (Prana/Qi/Ki).   

This 4-hour workshop will utilize embodiment practices of movement and breathwork to unlock the lower chakras, as well as meditation, mantra, and dialogue to elevate the upper chakras.  When one embodies and attunes to these energy wheels, one can find deep reflection and healing on a holistic scale (physical/mental/emotional/spiritual).   We will also take time to discuss the philosophy and psychology of the chakra (energetic) system to further guide our understanding into fully experiencing the energetic body of Self.

This workshop is open to ALL!  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything to take notes if you wish.

Danielle is an energy worker, Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and massage therapist, working in the field of energy work and teachings for over a decade.   She is looking forward to share this practice with you, welcoming all who feel called to join.
