Join David on the morning of Sunday 24th for 2 1/2 hour special Rocket 3 yoga class. Rocket 3 is a combination of the Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 sequences. It is fast paced, and combines fun transitions from Ashtanga's 1st through 3rd series'. Be ready to sweat, get upside-down, and have a good time!
