This Workshop is designed for all those interested in joining the morning Mysore classes at the new studio space . Mysore style is the traditional way to practice Ashtanga yoga and the BEST way to learn this beautiful style.

This workshop will take place over two days, students have the opportunity to join for either both or one day. In the first part of this workshop we’ll take a look at the origins of our practice as a way to understand not only what we do on our mats but also how we can apply the Yoga principles to our everyday life.

Join Katy for a 6 week introduction to Ashtanga course. Over the 6 weeks we will look at the fundamentals of this beautiful yoga system, examining breath, Bandha, Dristi, asana and philosophy. This is open to all levels of yogis and cost 90 Euros and 60 Euros for monthly members :)
